Within days of the "Negarakuku" controversy, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will investigate if student Wee Meng Chee has broken the law by posting a video parody of the national anthem.
It showed that the government bureaucracy can be very effective and efficient if it chooses to be so. Unfortunately, the bureaucracy is not so efficient when it has to act on its own kind especially when there is an internal controversy.
We should be surprised that we do not have an answer yet for the biggest corporate scandal in the history of Malaysia, the Port Klang Free Zone, which required a RM4.6 billion bailout from the government.
There are a host of other corrupt cases and malpractices which have not been resolved and faced with a muted response from the government.
Why so efficient now?

The parody of the national anthem is used as a distraction from far more important matters like the selection of the new Chief Judge of Malaysia and the multi-billion bailout of a failed crony project.
Thankfully, there's alternative media, blogs and forums to blare all these feeble attempts to distract from real issues that matter to the rakyat.
You do something wrong , just face it laa. Dont bullshit by pointing out others, your wrong doing cannot be made right however much you point to others

Looks like whatever these KuKupigg and his race do is never wrong. No wonder there are more and more pig farms especially in Malacca to cater to these growing yellow menace. They are boycotting our business so retaliate by also boycotting their business, arm our law enforcement officers to go after their illegal and immoral activities such as prostitution human trafficking etc to bring their numbers down and cleanse our beautiful Tanah Melayu to her old grandeaur
我實在無法在繼續讀下去，為什麼有這麼沒禮貌及文化的讀者/馬來西亞族群不停的用污辱的字眼來發洩莫名奇妙的憤怒??到底是純粹的搞破壞還是建立?如果說有人刻意安排挑動種族情緒及破壞國家安寧，我們是不是更應該團結，是不是請求華人領袖為人為社會做事，而不是自私的為錢幹事!
為什麼發生了這麼多不該出現的矛盾及社會、教育現象，沒有華人領袖敢敢做敢敢反對及聲討?請停止在家裡大小聲，出到外面卻搖著尾巴做個應聲蟲。不要一昧的空喊口號，不要只說反對黨為了反對而反對，請問馬華民政，您如果能把事情做好，再任反對黨如何反對，人民會被感動及反對到心理去嗎?
馬華民政的功勞，我們沒有抹殺，但是如果目前可為民服務的只有反對黨，我們不管您們到底誰是獅誰是狼，反正我們都是被吃的小羊，但至少能保護我們的，都該獲得支持。
